General Description of the Service
CO AI provides information about the project “CO AI (Coaching Intelligence)” via the website my-coai.com and enables participation in our research phase (qualitative and quantitative interviews/surveys) focusing on coaching workflows, needs, and acceptance of AI-supported assistance. The service is provided online via the website (German-speaking region, currently with a focus on Austria).
Explanation of How the Service Is Provided
Via my-coai.com, interested coaches and other participants can learn about CO AI and register for participation in our research phase or get in touch with us. Depending on the study, participation takes place as an online interview (e.g., via video call) and/or an online survey. The information required is used exclusively for organizing and conducting the research activities (e.g., scheduling appointments, sending survey links). Currently, no paid services are offered and no products are sold via the website; the purpose of the website is to inform, recruit, and carry out the research activities.
Status of Compatibility with the Requirements
We are committed to digital accessibility and aim to design our website so that it is fully accessible to all users. We therefore work continuously to fully implement the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance to the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV).
Our website implements the requirements in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
We are working to provide and continuously improve the website my-coai.com in line with digital accessibility requirements (in particular the relevant statutory provisions).
To support accessibility, we use the OneTap tool, which provides users with features to improve usability and readability (e.g., adjustments to contrast and display, focus/navigation aids, and other assistive settings).
In addition, as part of the technical implementation and editorial maintenance, we pay particular attention to:
• a clear structure and easy-to-understand content,
• sufficient contrast and readable font sizes,
• meaningful heading and navigation hierarchies,
• the best possible usability even without a mouse (keyboard),
• ongoing review and remediation of identified barriers.
If users encounter barriers, we would appreciate being informed via the contact options listed below so that we can review and, where possible, remedy them promptly.
Feedback Option for Reporting Barriers
If you have noticed any barriers when accessing content on our website, you are welcome to let us know:
